SYRCL Clean Up Day 2023
Members of our Environmental Sustainability Committee spent the morning at BYLT’s Wildflower Ridge Preserve as part of South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL) Annual Clean Up Day. Chris, Walt, Jim and Robin joined two crews let by BYLT staff Kate Gazzo and Shaun Clarke. The teams hauled out a managerie of discarded items from the property — filling three pickup loads — as well as pulled piles of invasive Scotch Broom and blackberry vines from along the trails.
And Carolyn and Nancy did their own Rotary cleanup on Nevada City Rotary's Miners Trail on Sunday!
