Nevada County Community Leadership Institute Graduates
Chief Dan Foss graduated Nevada County Community Leadership Institute (NCCLI) with other local Rotarians on Friday June 16, 2023. Nevada City Rotary graduates Alison Lehman and Robin Milam, both alumni of the 2001/2002 program were on hand at the NCCLI Graduation ceremony Friday at Gold Miners Inn to celebrate with Dan and the class of 2022/2023. The NCCLI program provides an intensive series of one day workshops covering a diverse set of issues and institutions that are a part of the Nevada County community. The program runs for 10 months and is taught by leading movers and shakers in our community. Both Alison and Dan also serve as workshop facilitators. Alison co-chairs the session on Local Government; Dan co-chairs the Criminal Justice. Other sessions focus on Leadership Development, Economic Development, Land Use & Environment, Health & Human Services, Education, Arts & Culture, and then the graduation.
