In partnership with local area clubs and matched by a district grant, Rotarians restored and improved the Heritage Garden at the historic North Star House, designed by architect Julia Morgan. Under the direction of Grass Valley South Rotarian Adam Weiss of Weiss Landscaping, Rotarians installed sprinklers, rock work, pathways, and garden gates. Digging in the dirt shoulder to shoulder with fellow Rotarians around the area to restore the historic garden was fun for all.
