Dear Rotarians and Friends,
Welcome to our latest Rotario newsletter. Once again it is a pleasure keeping you informed of our club activities in the coming weeks.
Our club will be Dark this week in observance of Thanksgiving
Have a safe and enjoyable Holiday weekend. Our next meeting will be a mixer on Thursday Dec.1
Last Week was busy, starting with our Board meeting on Tuesday 11/15
One of the highlights of the meeting was the confirmation that our Holiday Party will be moving to the Bridge House and will occur on December 15. A sign-up sheet will be circulated at our next meeting and we already have over 20 names on the sheet. Complete Board Meeting minutes are available on our web site.
Next was the Area Foundation Dinner on Wednesday 11/16
Assistant District Gov. Dennis Geare hosted the event and did a terrific job coordinating the agenda as well as introducing the various speakers. 15 of our club members attended and three of our members were honored for achieving another Paul Harris milestone.. They were Ron Knaus, Past President Robin Milam, and former District Gov. Dave Denny.
Most Recently, on Saturday, September 19 President Walt convened a Club Assembly at the National Hotel.
