Welcome to our latest Rotario newsletter. Once again it is a pleasure keeping you informed of our club activities in the coming weeks.

This Week's Thursday Luncheon

This week's speaker is Michelle Barnhart, who for the last 12 years has provided an in-home personal fitness training capability.  Michelle evaluates a client's capabilities during an interview at the intial session. Then she tailors her programs  to accommodate one's abilities. Michelle can also provide this service for small groups, as well as individuals.  Michelle is married to John, and has 3 children.  we look forward to her bubbly persona.

Nevada City Rotary Club Board Meeting is tonight at 5:30pm at John Hensley's office.

Last Week's Social - Rotary District Governor John Sullivan 

DG John Sullivan and his wife Sandy joined us last week. DG John inducted Tom Ryan, formerly of Playa Venice Rotary, as our newest member.  DG John also presented Cathy Wilcox-Barnes with the Quiet Rotarian Award and Nicole Dillard with the Governor's STAR award.

*Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm at John Hensley's Recreation Realty/Nevada County Properties office at 432 Broad St. Nevada City. Please note, due to the Fair, August's Board Meeting will be held on the 4th Tuesday - August 23.  All club members are encouraged to attend a meeting. Location subject to change, please ask.
