Business Person of the Year

Rotary Club of Nevada City & Chamber of Commerce

Business Person of the Year Award Recipients

The Business person of the Year Award is  a joint decision made by the Rotary Club of Nevada City and the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce.  The intent is to honor a Nevada City business person who demonstrates ethical standards in his or her business or profession as well as community spirit and service.

In addition to the expected business ethics, it is important that the person can pass the Rotarian four-way test when conducting his or her activities in the following ways:

    Is it the truth?
Is it fair to all concerned?
Will it build good will and better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
